In the center of the outdoor space is a beautiful private swimming pool, perfect for cooling off during hot summer days.

The outdoor dining area, located under a comfortable covered veranda, is furnished with an outdoor table for 6 people. Guests also have access to a barbecue and comfortable deck chairs to fully enjoy the garden.
A reserved outdoor parking space is located in the immediate vicinity of the villa.

Living area

The living area is spacious, bright and welcoming, thanks to the large windows overlooking the garden and the swimming pool, creating a harmonious dialogue between inside and outside.
A large corner sofa invites you to relax, while the flat-screen TV also makes evenings at home pleasant.
