Mandatory amount to be paid on arrival
- Consumption of water, electricity and gas, € 20 per person per week.
- Final cleaning: one-room apartment € 70, two-room apartment € 80, three-room apartment € 100, paintings € 120 (excluding expenses for the cleaning of kitchenette and dishes which shall be borne by the customer, otherwise our intervention would result in a charge of € 50).
Additional services on request
- Bed linen and towels: € 20 per person per change
- Small pets allowed: € 50 for the entire stay
- Baby cot: € 50 for the entire stay
Useful information
The obligatory deposit of € 200 is to be returned upon departure in the absence of damage.
The accommodation will be delivered from 12 am on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.
The agency is open every day from 8.30 am to 1 pm and from 4.30 pm to 8 pm, those who plan to arrive at different times must notify in order to plan the best possible assistance.
